Em 2019, A GAMATEL foi contratada para executar a maior evolução do sistema de telefonia do BANDES, onde aproveitando toda a base instalada (gerando significativa economia) temos duas grandes transformações: A Central telefônica passou a operar no conceito NGN através da implementação de software (SoftSwitch) e servidores controladores de ramais analógicas, digitais e VoIP ! Nesta moderna solução implementamos o novo Contact Center com vários novos recursos, inclusive suporte a mídia social (Whatsapp).
Current system: Hybrid telephone exchange (digital, analog and IP), wireless extensions and Call Center;
Quantitative: 02 SoftSwitch Servers, 40 wireless extensions, 60 IP SIP extensions, 180 analog extensions and 25 digital extensions;
Current Highlight: IP DECT Mobile System. Wireless extension system that allows the extension to be used anywhere that has coverage, allowing the exchange of area (antenna) in an established call, even walking the floors of the building;
